Subscription Policies

Overview

These Subscription Policies apply to paid plans, checkout flows, subscriptions, renewals, invoices, add-ons, and related billing services offered through PayAiML or other WhisperAiML products that use PayAiML checkout.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscription prices, billing intervals, included features, limits, and renewal terms are shown at checkout, on the pricing page, or in a written order. Unless checkout states otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew each month.
  • Annual subscriptions renew each year.
  • Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and card-network charges may vary by location and payment method.
  • There is no free trial unless a checkout page or written order explicitly states one.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe or other payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on PayAiML servers. Stripe may process billing, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and identity information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting billing@payaiml.com from the email address used for checkout. Include the product name, plan, checkout email, and any Stripe receipt or invoice reference available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after processing.

Refunds

Unless required by law or stated at checkout, paid subscriptions are non-refundable after service access, account provisioning, API-key issuance, phone-number provisioning, usage, or delivery of paid features. We may approve refunds case by case for duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, or other circumstances we determine are appropriate.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment processor and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment method and bank.

Failed Payments and Suspension

If payment fails, the payment processor may retry the charge or request updated billing information. We may suspend, limit, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features until payment is resolved.

Plan Changes

We may change plan names, pricing, features, usage limits, availability, or included services over time. Material changes to an active paid subscription will be handled through the checkout, invoice, account, email, renewal, or written-order process as appropriate.
