Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to PayAiML websites, accounts, APIs, payment tools, checkout flows, dashboards, and support channels. It is part of the PayAiML Terms of Service.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use PayAiML for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited financial activity.
- Unauthorized payment collection, card testing, account takeover, phishing, or credential theft.
- Transactions that violate card network rules, payment processor rules, or applicable law.
- Malware, spam, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, or unlawful content.
- Bypassing authentication, billing, rate limits, fraud controls, or security protections.
- Interfering with, scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting PayAiML systems.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, business, billing, and compliance information.
- Keep login credentials, API keys, webhooks, and payment integration secrets secure.
- Use PayAiML only for products, services, and transactions you are legally allowed to offer.
- Promptly report suspected fraud, account compromise, payment abuse, or security incidents.
Enforcement
We may review, limit, suspend, or terminate access to PayAiML if we believe use of the service violates this policy, our Terms of Service, payment processor requirements, card network rules, or applicable law.
